This class is a two day course starting at 9am and finish at 5pm both days.
YOU MUST BE 18+ to attend the class.
Class Description
DAY ONE immerses you in the captivating world of bladesmithing and blacksmithing. Under the guidance of skilled makers, you'll forge your own masterpiece, learning time-honored techniques. Feel the heat of the forge, shape hot metal with precision, and witness the transformation of raw materials into functional bbq tools.
DAY TWO invites you to a hands-on barbecue extravaganza. Harness the power of fire and smoke as you refine your grilling skills under the tutelage of seasoned pitmasters. From selecting the finest cuts of meat to mastering the art of seasoning and temperature control, you'll elevate your barbecue game to new heights. Savor the fruits of your labor as you indulge in a feast of smoky, succulent flavors, surrounded by the camaraderie of newfound friends.
What You'll Learn
At the end of the course you’ll walk away with your own bbq tools and steak knives, a true kitchen heirloom. You’ll also have gained knowledge about how to BBBQ using heat properly and will have the foundations to be king of the Que.
Requirements
This class is designed with the beginner in mind. There is no expectation of knowledge about knife making or about tools beforehand.
Please wear sturdy work clothes to this course. All other equipment and protective wear will be provided
