Our relaunched Cheese Knife Class is a relaxed, hands-on introduction to the world of knife making, designed to be fun, memorable, and just the right amount of messy.
It’s lighter-paced and perfect for those wanting to explore knife making.

Skills Required
This class is designed with the beginner in mind. There is no expectation of knowledge about knife making or about tools beforehand.
Attendees should wear sturdy work clothes to this course. All other equipment and protective wear will be provided.
