Cheese Knife Class - Oct 19

The cheese knife class is a relaxed entry point into the world of knife making. A lighter pacing and a suite of different techniques and tools.

At the end of the course you’ll walk away with your own knife and board made by yourself, a true kitchen heirloom. You’ll also have gained knowledge around knife making and wood working.

Cheese knife, cheese board and of course cheese.

This class is designed with the beginner in mind. There is no expectation of knowledge about knife making or about tools beforehand.

 

Attendees should wear sturdy work clothes to this course. All other equipment and protective wear will be provided.

All participants get a Board and 2 Cheese Knives.
