You and your dad will shape, grind, and finish your own handmade cheese knives, using a variety of tools and techniques tailored for beginners.

Skills Required
This class is designed with the beginner in mind. There is no expectation of knowledge about knife making or about tools beforehand.
Attendees should wear sturdy work clothes to this course. All other equipment and protective wear will be provided.
